We only accept orders from persons over 18 years .
Delivery of stocked goods is typically 7-14 working days ( depending of Country ) , by special order of hilkeindesign's products announced delivery via email. If an item would be the final delivery time will be longer, but you will in that case informed in a message and then have the option to cancel your purchase . Information for the goods that are coming available for each product. It says when the product is expected to be on stock - this is nothing we can influence.
When we received your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Save this until you received your goods.
If you choose to pay via swish you will receive a confirmation email. There are instructions on how to proceed . Once your payment is made , you will not receive confirmation of this - but have you paid your order we will senc your products within 2 days (if all products are in stock ) .
Delivery costs will be announced at purchase / order date . There will always be a fixed shipping cost. Customs fees , return costs will the costumer pay.
Your products are delivered as a letter or package depending on weight and size of your nearest DHL / post office. Normal shipping cost 200SEK/20EUR , depending on the country. For uncollected packages will be charged 600SEK/60EUR. This does not apply marble table or bulky products, larger goods .
Complaints / damaged goods
We guarantee that the goods you have ordered are free from errors at delivery. If you would receive a defect or wrongly supplied product, I ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do our very best to show the colors and appearance of the goods as accurately as possible but we can not guarantee that the product picture in the webshop is exactly reproduce the colors of the goods have in reality. The colors may be difference on your computer and monitor settings. We can not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance.
